Contact Enquiries
When you use the contact form, we collect the details you enter, which may include your name, email address, phone number, postcode, chosen subject and message. We use them to understand and respond to your enquiry and to keep an appropriate record of the conversation.
Rainwater Calculator
Your property address and calculation inputs are held in an essential website session for up to one hour so the calculator can work. The headline calculation does not create a customer lead.
If you choose to unlock the detailed estimate, we save your name, email address, optional phone number, property and roof details, calculated figures and the time of your consent. We use these details to provide the full estimate and make a relevant follow-up about rainwater harvesting. You are not added to an automated mailing list.
If you request a site survey, we also record that request and keep the calculator estimate linked to the resulting survey and quotation workflow. This avoids asking you to provide the same property and calculation details again.
Why We Can Use It
We use enquiry details to take steps you request and for our legitimate interest in responding and keeping appropriate business records. Where you give consent for the detailed calculator estimate and follow-up, you can withdraw that consent at any time by emailing Avonmoor. Withdrawal does not affect use that was lawful before it was withdrawn.
Maps and Postcode Lookup
The aerial roof tool uses Google Maps. When it loads, Google may receive map and address-related information under Google's privacy terms. If you choose the manual fallback, your postcode is sent to Postcodes.io to obtain approximate postcode-centre coordinates. The fallback does not send your name, email address or phone number to Postcodes.io.
How Long We Keep Information
Enquiry and estimate records are kept only while reasonably needed to respond, provide the requested service, maintain appropriate business records and meet legal obligations. Records are reviewed and deleted when they are no longer needed.
Who Helps Us Process It
Website hosting and email providers may process information for Avonmoor so the site can operate and enquiries can be delivered. We disclose information where legally required, but do not sell personal information.
Your Choices and Rights
You can ask for access to, correction of or deletion of your personal information, or object to or restrict how it is used, by emailing Avonmoor. You may also complain to the Information Commissioner's Office.
Essential Website Data
The site uses essential session and security data needed to operate forms and the calculator. Avonmoor does not use this calculator submission to add you to marketing tracking or an automated mailing list.
